CAS was tasked with designing a data center, a voice network, a trade floor IT infrastructure, and ultimately managing the relocation of the trade floor users. The project would commence with user requirements and include design, RFP, system implementation management, and conclude with relocation management.

In order for CAS to manage these multiple project aspects, senior consultants seamlessly integrated with the client’s staff. Acting as team members, as well as directing project activities, CAS was able to utilize their own expertise in addition to leveraging the existing client resources to achieve successful results.

Following proven processes and project methodologies, CAS delivered on time and with in identified budgets in all areas of responsibility.

  • Technical systems, tailored to the business needs, were successfully commissioned.
